Customers are free to cancel an order before it gets dispatched from our warehouse. However, the customers could also refuse an order at the doorstep, which would make the courier partner return us the order. Refunds for prepaid orders that are cancelled through the website of Shruthi Traders will be reflected in the bank account of the customer within seven days of cancellation. For prepaid orders that are refused at the delivery site, the customer must wait until the order reaches back our warehouse. Shruthi Traders shall initiate a refund after the same. The refund amount will be available in the customer's bank account within seven days of us receiving back the order.
