The information of the customers that Shruthi Traders will have are the following:
1. The email id used to create an account on shruthitraders.com. Shruthi Traders will know about the mail id used for all accounts created on the site, regardless of whether they were made directly or through Google login.
2. The information provided by the customer while making an order, filling out the contact form and initiating a chat on the website. It includes the customer's shipping address, phone number and email id.
3. Text messages sent by the customer or a site visitor while using the chat feature available on the website. The messages sent through both the contact form and chat feature are saved on our servers.

Shruthi Traders shall safely store such pieces of information on the servers. We shall never disclose them to any third parties outside Shruthi Traders. However, the shipping details of the customers, such as Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number and Mail ID shall be shared with our courier partners. We shall use the personal details provided by the customers while making an order only to fulfill the orders placed. Similarly, Shruthi Traders shall use the details provided by a visitor or a customer through the contact form and chat feature only to clarify doubts.
