We at Shruthi Traders are happy to accept any products returned to us. However, the reason for returning a product must be either one or all of the following:
1. The goods received by the customer were of poor quality.
2. The customer received the goods in a damaged condition.
3. Change of mind after receiving the product.

Customers must write us an email or call if they need to return an item within ten days of receiving the same. They must mention the order ID while writing or calling to initiate a smooth return process. We have no pick-up facility available. The customer must bear the shipping charges incurred while returning an item. If the products are returned because of poor quality or damage, Shruthi Traders shall refund the full shipping charge if a valid shipping receipt is mailed to us. Customers must also ensure that the product/products returned to us is/are in original packaging and unused. Products returned due to a change of mind must be also in a resellable condition.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds shall be processed directly to the customer's bank account. Shruthi Traders will notify the customer once we receive a returned item and complete the refund process. Such communications shall be through email only.
